Leadership with or without a title
This practical workshop supports educators in specialist settings to strengthen leadership, emotional intelligence and communication skills. Whether formally leading or influencing through everyday practice, participants will explore how to navigate complex relationships, support diverse learners, and contribute to safe, inclusive environments.
Through reflection, discussion and role-playing scenarios specifically tailored to specialist and
inclusive education environments, attendees will build confidence in self-awareness, communication, and managing challenging conversations, while developing practical strategies to positively influence culture, relationships and student outcomes whether formally leading a team or influencing
through everyday interactions.
